Ann Holz was easy and pleasant to work with. She was on time for appointments and responded
quickly when I reached out to her throughout the project.
I had definite ideas about what I wanted her to help me with, and she was very helpful in doing what
I needed doing. I was stuck on the paint color for the room we were redoing. She has a good eye for getting the correct shade. The biggest waste of money is to have to repaint because you have picked the wrong color. The same with fabrics. I can easily pick what I like, but often I am off on what it will look like when finished. Also, true with carpets. I can pick what I like, but I needed Ann to move the choice over to the next green. I had set a dollar amount for replacing ceiling fixtures. Ann had no problem with getting the right fixtures for the budget. I appreciate her help!
We bought an old house 20 years ago and had redone it at that time. The living room was never right.
It was a tricky room, and Ann did a great job.

I reached out to Ann Holz Interiors Plus, LLC to help me with drapery in my kitchen/dining room and my master bedroom. Ann came to my home to do a consultation and to get a feel for what I was looking for.
I didn’t have an exact idea of what I wanted but knew a classic/timeless style was what I was hoping to achieve. What I enjoyed most about working with Ann is that she presented a couple of fabric options after speaking with me and understanding my style. It seemed almost effortless for her once she got into my home, and we quickly agreed on my dining room drapery and kitchen blind fabric. The master bedroom was a little more difficult for me because I was very uncertain. Ann again presented a couple of options and this time; I ventured out a bit and didn’t go as “safe’ as I had thought I would. Originally, I thought I’d go very basic but once I saw one of her fabric selections, I couldn’t resist. I would have never found this on my own! The fabric is beautiful and adds an elevated feel to my master bedroom. Ann also shared a shade option that worked perfectly with the drapery fabric.
I can’t say enough about how easy Ann makes the design process flow. It’s almost like she’s reading your mind, but I have a feeling it’s due to her years of experience and the fact that she is always listening to what her clients are sharing. I plan on continuing to utilize Ann’s services in the future as I remodel my
De Pere home.
